What is Personalized Bill Tracking?
Personalized Bill Tracking (PBT) allows you to create and
maintain a list of bills and BDRs that are of interest to
you. Once your account is set up, you will receive two daily
emails. The first is a status report for each bill on your
list. The second is a list of all legislation introduced
that day. PBT also provides additional online reports to
help you stay informed as your bills move through the
legislative process.

Highway Vehicles
-
Are Off Highway Vehicles Regulated?
Yes. The Off Highway Vehicle (OHV)
Sticker Program became effective in January
2006 and is administered by the
Nevada Department of
Taxation.
-
How do I obtain an OHV sticker?
Take your sales receipt showing you paid
sales tax to an Authorized OHV Dealer in
your area (see list below), and they will
verify you did pay the sales tax and provide
you with a sticker. If you purchased your
OHV from a private party, you will still
visit an authorized dealer and show them
your bill of sale to receive your sticker.
The Department of Taxation has a
list of Approved OHV
Dealers on their website.

If you are unable to resolve the issue at the local level, you can
appeal to the County Board of Equalization. The forms for
petitioning the County Board of Equalization are available at the
County Assessor's Office. The
State Board of Equalization hears
and determines all appeals from action of County Boards of
Equalization.
